The hotel was pure joy, nestled next to the river and adorned with colorful flowers. Its idyllic location in the picturesque Putagne made it perfect for our tour. The staff provided excellent service, and the attention to detail was evident throughout. The beautiful rooms with comfy beds and sparkling bathrooms added to the overall charm. Additionally, the delicious breakfast with plenty of croissants, bread, and jam was a fantastic inclusion in the price.
All was perfect, no improvements needed.

The value for money at this charming hotel was excellent, and my room was perfect - quiet and full of charm. The location was ideal, situated right by the river and conveniently positioned between Argentan and Caen. The staff at Le Lion Verd were incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring that my stay was enjoyable and hassle-free. Additionally, there were plenty of food options, a grocery store, and a gas station just steps away from the hotel.
The breakfast offerings could be improved by upgrading the quality of the ham and cheese options.
